THE PROPOSALS

The draft masterplan shows:

  • Up to 275 dwellings

  • A local centre with 1 retail unit of up to 200sqm and 1 unit of up to 475 sqm for a use such as a health centre, crèche, or day nursery

  • New play/amenity space

  • Associated infrastructure including sustainable urban drainage and landscaping

  • A new access point onto the B4069

  • New cycleways and pedestrian access points
