An application is being prepared for outline planning permission for up to 275 dwellings and associated infrastructure and landscaping on land to the north of Chippenham.

Before the application is submitted to Wiltshire Council we are seeking the views of the local community on the draft proposals.

This public consultation has been arranged to present the draft proposals to the local community to receive comments and views on the proposed development.
